The Luxembourg Banking Association (Association des Banques et Banquiers Luxembourg – ABBL) was founded in 1939 and is the oldest and largest professional association in the financial sector. It represents the majority of financial institutions and regulated financial intermediaries as well as other professions based in Luxembourg, including lawyers, consultants and auditors working in the financial sector.
