Employment and Labor Relations

As a social partner, UEL actively contributes to the development of a legal and regulatory framework for employment-friendly labour law. In particular, it suggests regulatory changes to the competent authorities in order to meet the requirements of a dynamic and social labour market and to decide on the changes envisaged by its discussion partners in terms of working conditions in the broad sense (employment contracts, organisation of the labour market, remuneration, protection of the health and safety of workers, staff representation, etc.).
